Pricing Policy

Prices may change without prior notice. Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk will not be held responsible for pricing errors as a result of software or hardware failure.
Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk reserves the right to change prices displayed on the website without any prior notice.

Payment

Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk accepts the following as means of payment for goods.
Visa, MasterCard, UK Delta, UK Electron, JCB, Solo, Switch, Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders.
At present, we’re unable to accept either American Express or Maestro.

Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk uses the NatWest Streamline service for real time credit card transactions. This service is secure and uses 128bit SSL technology to ensure your personal details remain secure at all times.

VAT Registration

All of our prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk are registered for VAT.

Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order made from our website, please contact us within 24 hours of the original time of the sale. If the goods have already been despatched, we require the item returning unopened and in it’s original condition before we can process the refund.

Delivery & Stock Levels

Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk aims to maintain stock levels to supply customers demands. If an item is ordered before midday via the website, we aim to despatch the day with delivery the following day. We reserve the right to use various couriers depending on the unit ordered from the website.

If a unit is temporarily out of stock and we’re unable to dispatch your unit within 24 hours we will contact you via email or phone to advise an anticipated

Cooling Off Period

You are entitled to a "cooling off period" of 7 days from receipt of goods.

Should you wish to cancel your sales contract, you must do so in writing confirming your reason for this request.

Please note this must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of your goods and can be done so by using our contact us facility.

However, there are some exceptions to your right to cancel and these are stated below:

1. Where you have opened and attempted to download computer software.

2. Where you have entered into a subscription / registration process, by agreement, before the end of the cooling off period.

Upon receipt of this request a returns form will be sent to you. Please complete and return with the unit (via insured post) within 7 days. We will then action your refund within 30 working days.

We are not able to offer re-imbursement of postage costs and a refund can only be processed if the entire / whole unit is returned inc. all leads, manuals, fixtures and fittings. Please note, we may also deduct a small charge to cover our initial delivery costs, up to but not exceeding £5.00.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

UK Law

As at the 30th March 2007, all of the products we sell are legal to own and use in Great Britain. Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk will not be held liable in the event that the law changes in the future. Liability in this instance will be with the owner of the unit. Parking-sensors-r-us.co.uk will not refund any purchase due to a change in law making any of our units illegal to own in Great Britain.

Customers from outside of Great Britain purchase must adhere to local country laws. We will not be held responsible in any instance if local laws are flaunted in any way.
